Colton's Baptism (Pics from after party)
Colton was baptized last Sunday at Crosswinds, our church located here in Maple Grove. Colton was baptized by Pastors Jeanine and Cindi with our congressional sponsors present, Mark and Roxanne Robinson. Pastor Jeanine was there in the hospital to visit us the day Aubrey was born and the same with Colton so we feel very blessed that she has been able to baptize both of them too. Please see the pictures below. After the baptism, all of our family members who attended the baptism came over to our house to continue the celebration of Colton's special day. Unfortunately we didn't get pictures of everybody who attended but thank you to both Grandma's and Grandpa's and all of Colton's uncles, aunts, and cousins who attended both the baptism and came back to the house after the service.

Go Vikings!
Colton is growing up quickly! He's been using his high chair of late. He does really well in there and seems to enjoy being at the same height level as the rest of us. Colton had his 4-month checkup yesterday. He was over the 95th percentile for height and head circumference and about the 85th percentile for height. He seemed to handle the three shots in his legs pretty well. This Sunday (the 24th) Colton will be getting baptized. Colton will have both sets of Grandparents in attendance as well as most of his Aunts and Uncles. We are blessed to have so many wonderful family members who live close enough to attend these important life events....thank you! Please check back next week for the baptism pictures. Go Vikings!!

Happy New Year
Happy New Year everybody! Other than constantly battling hypothermia to start the 2010, everything is going really well for the Steels. Colton is really progressing with his physical motor skills. He loves standing on his legs, playing in the jump-a-roo (pictured), and grabbing objects with both hands....and then usually trying to eat said object. Aubrey really enjoys Kara (the new nanny), even going as far as to tell Mom and Dad that it's time to go to work now so she can be with Kara. We had an outstanding holiday season and truly enjoy the time we get to spend with all of you. Now if we can just get that thermometer above zero!
Thanks for taking the time to visit our page!
